Home Renovation
This complete home renovation transformed both the interior and exterior of the property. The kitchen now features a central island and custom cabinetry, while updated bathrooms include elegant tile work and luxurious jacuzzi soaking tubs. Throughout the home, updated lighting fixtures enhance both ambiance and functionality. The primary bedroom now includes a built-in armoire and a cozy fireplace, adding both style and convenience. The living area boasts a custom wine cellar, blending storage and entertainment. Outside, professional landscaping features a rock waterfall, alongside an outdoor kitchen with stainless steel grills and sink, perfect for hosting. This project showcases our dedication to creating luxurious, personalized spaces.
Artist Lounge
This project involved building an artist lounge at CenterStaging in Burbank for our client, D’Addario. In collaboration with their in-house designers, we crafted a vibrant, functional space featuring custom cabinetry, glass display cases, a peg wall for merchandise, and a record display wall, all enhanced with integrated cabinet lighting. We installed custom French sliding doors leading to a demo room designed for instrument testing and content creation. The entry door was custom-built with a glass panel showcasing their logo. The flooring was transformed from LVP to a seamless micro-topping finish, and the entire space was painted in a warm white tone to replace the original black walls.
The Wine Cellar
In this project, we worked closely with the client to design and construct a custom wine cellar, combining functionality with elegance. The space was carefully crafted with a climate-controlled HVAC system and updated electrical to ensure optimal wine storage conditions. Rustic tile, custom shelving, and entry and storage doors were installed to enhance both the aesthetic and practical aspects of the cellar.

Interior-Exterior Remodel
This project involved a full gut renovation, transforming both the interior and exterior. Key features include a custom pet bathing station and the removal of non-structural walls to create an open, modern floor plan.
Updates throughout the home included new hardware, electrical, and flooring, as well as freshly painted trim, walls, ceilings, and exterior. The kitchen and bathrooms were completely remodeled with custom cabinetry, new tile, and modern finishes, while the living area was enhanced with a new fireplace. A custom laundry space was also added for functionality and organization.
