As owner and founder of T&T Improvements, Inc., Tim brings over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He holds an outstanding track record of strong working relationships with owners, architects, engineers and sub-contractors, resulting in a successful construction experience along with many repeat customers. Tim provides leadership and oversight to business development and daily operations with a commitment to high standards, integrity and hard work.

Tom Tilton

Project Manager

With over 30 years of commercial construction experience, Tom has supervised projects in every facet of the commercial construction market. His vast experience is a valuable asset to successfully completing projects of any size. His proficient ability to work with owners, architects, project managers, superintendents, field personnel, subcontractors and suppliers has offered him a wide range of expertise. Tom also has an OSHA 30 Certification.

Tanka Gibbons

Business Services Manager

In her 25 years as Business Services Manager, Tanka has been responsible for the overall coordination of our office administration, procedures and facilities management as well as client relations.  She oversees the day to day administrative functions and client relations of T&T’s operations handling the firm’s office management, human resources, accounting and records management.  Her knowledge of construction management and efficient handling of administration and client relations allows the organization to operate effectively and efficiently.

Bryan Troy Sanchez

Business Development Officer

Bryan Troy Sanchez is a licensed contractor who joined the team in 2017 as the Business Development Officer. He has more than 20 years of business experience and screens for potential growth opportunities by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements and financials. Bryan is tasked to close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations and maintaining the T & T Improvements, Inc. brand.
